What an affiliate link is
Some links to operators — typically the “Visit operator” buttons — are tracked affiliate links. If you follow one and go on to open an account, the operator may pay us a commission. The tracking simply tells them the visit came from us.
What it means for you
Nothing changes on your side. You pay no more, you receive the same terms you would by visiting the operator directly, and you are under no obligation to use our links. If you prefer, you can search for an operator yourself.
How we keep it honest
Commission does not buy a higher score or a better position. Operators cannot pay to climb the comparison. Editorial judgement and commercial arrangements are kept separate, as set out in our Editorial Review Policy. The order you see reflects our review, not who pays the most.
Relationships can change
The brands we have commercial relationships with may change over time, and not every link on the site is an affiliate link. Whenever a relationship exists, our approach to scoring stays the same. If you ever have a question about a specific link, the contact page is open.
